HOPE 4 CHANGE was founded by CEO Tisha Walker on 3/18/16 and has been in operation for over 2 Years. Ms. Walker saw a need for those with disabilities who desired to be employed but need assistance on doing so. She has a heart for people and insight for hoping 4 change!
